MII Grad, MBAFrank Sweeney, a senior trainer, facilitator and executive coach, delivers leadership and management skills courses across a range of national and multinational companies, as well as state and semistate organisations. He specialises in developing strategy, managing people and performance, creating effective feedback systems and dealing with organisational communications issues.
His current clients include AIB, Bearing Point, MOP and a number of government departments and state agencies.
A graduate and postgraduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, Frank also graduated from the NWU (Chicago) executive development programme and holds an Open University MBA. Before joining Carr Communications, he was assistant chief executive of the VHI and marketing director of the National Training and Development Institute (Rehab). He has more than 30 years’ experience in sales, product and service development, public relations and strategic planning.
