Iseult O'Doherty
BA, H Dip in Education, MAIseult O’Doherty designs and delivers a wide range of training courses and is an experienced workshop and business planning facilitator. She has run public consultation processes and authored the subsequent reports. Iseult has also researched and designed training solutions to address specific issues in a range of organisations. These include the design and implementation of performance management and feedback systems; and the design of major sales training programmes.
Her current and recent public sector clients include the departments of Health & Children; Communications, Marine & Natural Resources; the Revenue Commissioners; the Office for Refugee Applications Commissioner, and the Central Statistics Office. She has also delivered performance enhancement programmes in leading financial service institutions.
Before joining Carr Communications, Iseult was an award-winning presenter and reporter for RTE, and presented the Would You Believe programme. She edited ASTIR, journal of the Association of Secondary Teachers Ireland, and wrote Stolen Childhood, an exploration of child sex abuse in Ireland. She also taught in Dublin’s inner city.
