Modular Programme

Our career development programme focuses on developing skills for individuals who wish to understand their strengths and develop further skills to be more effective in their current role.

Our career enrichment programmes will assist you in broadening your skills beyond your current role and position you for the next move. We help individuals re-assess their careers and work with them to enrich their skill-set to progress to the next level, or into new roles.


THE PROGRAMME

Each participant has a Senior Consultant dedicated to his or her development needs. The close personal working relationship allows for particular areas of weakness to be corrected in private and opportunities to be developed in confidence.

The duration of this programme will depend on the requirements identified in the development audit. A typical programme for an individual usually consists of 6 modules over 3 half days.

THE PROGRAMME WILL:

  • Strengthen and enhance areas of particular expertise
  • Correct any particular areas which require development
  • Establish the key skills required for the particular sector or business
  • Show how best to prepare for senior management positions
  • Prepare a careful audit of the your development needs
