+1 — Job Interview Preparation — 1.5 hours

This session will ensure you give your best interview.If you are a graduate going for your first interview, a Civil Servant doing a competency-based interview, a manager or executive in the private and public sector or a specialist, we will help you to prepare and do a better interview.

THE SESSION
We will record a full interview lasting 20-30 minutes. The interview will be based on your current CV/Application Form and the Job Specification. This serves as the basis for a detailed assessment and feedback, from which will come concrete specific guidelines.

+2 — Structured & Competency Based Interviews — 1.5-2 hours

Highly structured and competency-based interviews are now becoming the norm and Carr Communications has driven the move from theory to practice, developing, testing and introducing such interview approaches in a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Competency-based interviews present the job applicant, in advance of the face-to-face encounter, with a precise list of the competencies on which they will be judged.
