Frank Sweeney has been designing and delivering training solutions in both interpersonal communications and executive and management development since 2000. As an independent training consultant since 2008, he has designed and delivered a number of core programmes on Personal Effectiveness, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Performance Management, Negotiation Skills and Communications for many organisations. In addition he has provided consultancy, facilitation and training solutions to a number of Government Departments and Bodies, as well as major organisations in the Private and Voluntary Sectors.
Prior to commencing practice as a Training Consultant, Frank Sweeney spent twenty eight years working in senior management roles with major national and multinational organisations including Group Marketing Manager with the Bon Secours Health System, Marketing Director of the National Training and Development Institute and Assistant Chief Executive of VHI.
A Graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (1979) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Market Planning (1987), he also attended the Kellogg School of Management at NorthWestern University (Chicago) and has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University. He also holds a Certificate in Training and Continuing Education from NUI Maynooth and is accredited to work with the Booth Company 360° Assessment Tools.
