Head of Training
Iseult heads up the Training Department in Carr Communications. This Department develops, designs and delivers training programmes in a range of areas including Leadership and Management Development, Communication Skills (including Presentation, Public Speaking, Media), Business Writing, Personal Effectiveness (including Negotiation, Time Management, Conflict Management) and Sales Training.
Since joining Carr Communications in 2000, Iseult has led a range of major training and consultancy projects in both the public and private sector. Her clients include the Institutes of Technology, Department of Agriculture, Food and Marine, Department of Education and Skills, Legal Aid Board, DIT, Revenue, PM Group, AWAS, Salesforce and many more.
She is also a highly experienced coach for many senior clients.
Before joining Carr Communications, Iseult was an award winning presenter and reporter in RTÉ.
She qualified as a Secondary Teacher and the early part of her career was spent teaching in Dublin’s inner city. She taught Honours English for seventeen years to Leaving Certificate level.
She also edited ASTIR, the union journal of the Association of Secondary Teachers’ Ireland.
She is the author of Stolen Childhood, an exploration of child sexual abuse in Ireland.

Iseult holds a BA (Hons), H Dip in Education and MA (Hons).
