Paula joined Carr Communications in 2016 as a Coach and Trainer. With over 25 years’ experience working within the Banking Industry at management level, Paula brings a wealth of operational, change and people management experience to her role.

After leaving the Bank in 2012, she qualified as an accredited Executive, Career and Personal Life Coach and went on to set up her own business. During that time, she was heavily involved in the Government ‘Momentum’ Initiative which aimed to help the long term unemployed back to work. She was nominated as ‘Trainer of the Year’ for her efforts during that time. Paula has worked extensively in the Private Sector delivering bespoke training in the Financial arena with many of the country’s top Banks in areas such as leadership, recruitment, time management, resilience and negotiation skills.

Paula has a passion for helping unlock the potential in people. Whether she is working on an individual basis with a client helping them prepare for interview or delivering training in a corporate environment, she endeavours to create an atmosphere where clients feel comfortable to learn, grow and contribute. Her style is warm and engaging.

She is a highly experienced coach and has worked with a wide range of clients from Senior Managers, Business Owners, Junior Managers and newly appointed Supervisors.

On a day to day basis, Paula works with clients helping them prepare for interview, design their CV or delivering training for Carr Communications national and international clients.

She is a qualified practitioner of the DISC personality test.
